FYI - submetering information timing concerns
Submeter Solutions (the firm handling submetering responsibilities) has previously caused delays in calculating utility charges and providing billing statements. To prevent owners from experiencing potential monthly assessment statements, HOA-CS and the Board have taken action by billing consumption data to owners two months after the usage period rather than just one month. For example, the September 2023 assessments for owners will include unit charges for natural gas and water usage which occurred during June 2023.
